The Automatic Paper Box Making Machine adopts motion controller,
visual manipulator for positioning ,HMI System,which make it

feeding, edge covering, full ear folding, forming and shaping of
the finished box are completed in one operation.Through the
electronic cam gear rack structure driving the box mold to operate,
it can independently complete multiple deep folding operations so
as to meet the requirements of high-end products and boxes free of
folding trace in the market.

Features of ZY-450F Automatic Rigid Box Forming Machine:
The whole machine action is completed by servo pneumatic, PLC
programming control, and the operation is stable.
The multi-function boxing mode completes the folding angle, the
centering angle and left and right folding angles.
The four-side foaming structure adopts double guide rail and screw
adjustment, and the positioning and accurate debugging are
convenient and efficient.
The take-out box adopts a vacuum generating gas release structure,
which is simple in operation and convenient in debugging.
Performance characteristics:
1. The whole machine action is completed by servo pneumatics, Plc
programming control, all parameters are automatically generated by
inputting the height of the box.
2. Jewelry plastic box anti-folding ears are all in place on all
sides, the folding ear mode is adjustable, and the plastic box
carton is universal.
3. This machine completely solves the problem of movement
misalignment when the jewelry box sponge cover is formed.
